Mission & Responsibilities:

As Human Resources Intern for Nissan Automotive Europe, our highest priority is to deliver all HR operations and processes, ensuring the highest employee motivation, engagement and satisfaction. We are excited to welcome young talents who are keen to become HR professionals.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on our entry-level recruitments: Search for the best young talent and provide high-level service for all internal and external stakeholders
  • Animation of the trainee community: Build a strong internal trainee community by organizing fun get-togethers and proposing lunches as well as after-work activities
  • Support on making everyone's onboarding experience a special one (lead on-boarding presentations, organize welcome packs for newcomers, onboarding session animation)
  • HR projects & improvement processes Support with HR events organization
  • Encourage employees to follow up with L&D trainings to ensure business upskilling
  • Support on HR tool (Workday) change of organization: creation of sub org, move of people if needed Ad hoc requests coming from any employee or manager Ad hoc requests coming from any Employee or Manager
  • Supporting internal HR activities for Nissan Automotive Europe employees
  • Be involved and bring ideas to local HR Business Partner projects and ad-hoc requests

Description of Ideal Candidate

Background and Experience

Master's Degree in HR/Business School/Bac+5 University

  • Passionate and motivated to dive into the HR department of an international company
  • Be open to working with people from different countries and cultures
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in English and French
  • High sense of confidentiality & discretion
  • Ability to structure priorities in a fast-moving & diverse environment
  • First experience using Workday would be a plus
